ADAPTABILITY TO MEET ALL CONFIGURATION REQUIREMENTS
The Layher system includes an exceptionally wide range of static, extendable and adjustable scaffolding floor solutions – from access, corner and suspension decks to cover-plates, planks and
gap decks.
STEEL DECK LW
Layher’s LW Steel Deck is not only lighter – by up to 2.2 kg or 10 % – but also maintains high load-bearing capacity through use of
- Higher-tensile steel grades
- Thinner material
- Intelligent combination of profiles and material concentrations at structurally relevant areas.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT
STEEL DECK LW
- Better grip thanks to optimised steel cap and new longitudinal profile, ensuring more
ergonomic handling and greater safety. - Weight saving of up to 10 % while retaining a high load-bearing capacity – meaning lower labour costs, an increase in truck capacity and improved ergonomics.
- Can be combined with steel decks of previous generations during assembly and transport.
- Strong feeling of safety when walking on the decks thanks to transverse reinforcements in the surface.
- Can be used up to load class 6 (≤ 2.07 m) and in standard and roof brick guards.

ALUMINIUM STALU DECK PLUS
THE TOP CHOICE FOR BUILDING SITES
Layher’s durable aluminium deck with sturdy and riveted steel cap. Easy to handle, low degree of deflection, greater sense of safety during use. Compatible with previous generations of Stalu Deck in storage, transport, and for use in scaffolding.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT
LAYHER ALUMINIUM DECK
- For use up to load class 6 depending on deck length.
- Available lengths from 0.73 m to 3.07 m.
- Available widths are 0.19 m, 0.32m and 0.61m.
- The right lightweight deck for all trades, with high load-bearing capacity
- High overall bending stiffness results in less deflection
- Also ideal for transporting loads on the scaffolding
- Improved slip resistance thanks to more pronounced longitudinal grooves
- Low weight and ergonomic rounding of the section make handling safer. Steel caps are an advantage when assembling surface scaffolding
