Bullseye! Layher’s a winner at ScaffEx’25
One of the biggest and most ambitious structures Layher UK has ever brought to a UK trade show was hailed as a resounding success at ScaffEx, which is now a major moment in both the domestic and international scaffolding calendars.
Our stand commanded prime position at Manchester Central and – though intricately designed to showcase the company’s industry-leading capability and latest innovations – our expert team was still able to complete assembly within the tight build window at this year’s ScaffEx event.
With graphics, branding, lighting, and finishing touches in place the stand highlighted the breadth and scope of our ambition for our customers and the wider industry.
“The stand filled our Letchworth showroom on pre-build trial beforehand,” explained Sean Pike, Layher’s UK Managing Director, “and exceeded expectations in Manchester, making a real impact on our valued current, and potential new customers.
Innovation on display
Layher’s 2025 stand showcased our latest innovations and systems, and included –
New advanced Flex Beam launching system and O-profile Flex Beam
Twix Beam® and aluminium HD beams
Protect panel solutions and access gates
New SIM2Field app
Keder XL Roof system and rolling structure
Allround FW System – a modular beam and lightweight version of the Allround Bridge System
Hallmark event-structure capability, including a two-tiered hospitality area and several new event components.
New and existing solutions parts table display
Long-time existing solution – Layher’s public Access & Site Stairs
Visitors walked the full structure, climbed to elevated viewing platforms, and saw live product demonstrations of the Flex beam launch system, Sim2Field, and the Allround AGS System, led by the Layher UK team of engineers and demonstrators – even featuring on BBC Breakfast news throughout the morning.
Looking forward to ScaffEx’26
“Building on our success at ScaffEx’25, and as principal sponsor again at ScaffEx’26, our aim is to reach out and show clearly why clients strategically partner with us by going bigger, better, and braver”, says Sean Pike, Layher UK MD. “Customer service, support and innovation are now more important than ever, and supporting our customers properly in strategic partnerships is key”.
The event is the largest gathering of its kind for the UK scaffolding and access industry, and Layher’s stand is not so much just an exhibition build but more of a statement of our intent. “We want visitors to make their own decision,” Pike said, concluding that “our innovations, our team and our experience are proven; what sets Layher service apart is our consistency and total reliability of supply.”
As principal sponsor for the forthcoming 2026 event – which promises to be 35% bigger than previously – and having already set a high bar, Layher will again be reaching for new heights and even greater successes.
